On each page we offer our products on, ordering options are at the bottom of that very page for your convenience.
The word "PayPal" will appear on your next credit card statement if you use our secured server for ordering.
Foreign orders:
At the moment, Africa and Israel are excluded from ordering on our server.
Due to Internet fraud, only the following countries outside the U.S. are supported by our secured server.
Telephone Orders:
As an added security feature, we cannot accept telephone orders. Our secured server will not allow us (or anyone else!) to debit your credit card or checking account by telephone or fax. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience to you, but we have had absolutely no problems of any kind with this failsafe system. We feel the safety of our server is of the utmost importance to our business and our woodworking friends.
To Talk With Someone
At Wooden Clock Works:
Although we do
not take telephone orders, if you would like to talk to someone about our plans
or kits, we offer a telephone number for you to call. Our number is:
515-262-2064. We answer this telephone each Wednesday from 5 to 9 PM,
and each Saturdays from 9 to 11:30 AM, central standard time. We do not
take collect calls, we do not have an answering machine and we answer this
special shop phone only during these hours each Wednesday and Saturday.
