The Beautiful "Gift Clock" Kit
The Perfect Gift For Someone You Love or Admire!

11"s Wide 18"s High 6"s Deep With Pendulum, 50"s High
Our "Gift Clock" Kit is a masterpiece of engineering that is also a laser-cut, all-wooden clock, gears and all! It is also very beautiful!
The reason my personally favorite clock is called the "Gift Clock" is because of its unique design! We have provided a special space on the clock for personalization, such as a Brass Plaque, photo, hand-painted picture or other item that is near and dear to "that special person" you are building the clock for!

About The Special Wood Of Our Clock Kits
The wood used for this kit is hand-selected, imported, Russian, multi-ply Baltic Birch that is kiln dried . . . the same wood we use in all our clock kits. It finishes absolutely beautifully! |
This Is Now A Laser-Cut Clock!
Woodworking has never been easier! The Thomas Gift Clock Kit is laser-cut for the ultimate in accuracy. As everyone knows, modern lasers are dead-on accurate. The more accurately parts fit on a clock, the better the clock runs. The average woodworker can certainly build The Thomas Gift Clock from scratch and achieve this accuracy, but this requires some skill and patience. A person assembling a laser-cut wood-clock can virtually bypass these old-fashioned virtues! (Well, almost, some patience is needed to assemble any kind of kit!)
The point is, with laser technology, the gears and various parts of a wood clock fit very nicely, reducing friction. Friction is the enemy of any mechanical device. When it comes to wood and clock building, there has never been anything invented to equal the significance of modern laser technology.
Our clocks are laser-cut by Sig Industries, out of Montezuma, Iowa. These folks do a wonderful job of cutting our clock parts with their state-of-the-art laser technology! (They make professional airplane model-kits sold worldwide!)

walking around the actual clock on your wall!
Folks, these are beautiful clocks and very well designed kits!

"Gift Clock" Kit Testimonials
Ok, friends, I have to tell
you .. . I hate testimonials! I'm a trusting Christian business man, but I
just can't get it out of my head that the people giving testimonials might be a
relative or friend of the people selling the product! (No, Mom, the people don't
want to hear about how you love your clock kit that I had to finish because you suddenly developed "bad vision!" The Spaghetti dinner was a very nice touch, however!).
With this out of the way, I can honestly tell you that the following testimonials are from real people who were sincerely delighted with our company and felt compelled to e-mail us about their clock kits.
I have kept their e-mail addresses out, simply for privacy reasons. Our web site can get between three to five-hundred "hits" per day and I didn't want them bothered.
I have on file, the following testimonials:
Fred Pirkle e-mailed us this nice letter:
Wow what a clock! I received my clock last week, and had it put together in a matter of hours. I went out in the shop and found some scrap of the proper weight, hung the clock, hung the weights on it and kicked off the pendulum. After 10 hours I noted the offset (two minutes). I used the factor from your instruction sheet , to regulate the bob and kicked it off again. There is a quartz clock hung next to the Thomas in my office . I can't wait each morning to get in and check the offset. So far it is dead solid perfect four days). I can hardly wait till the weekend so I can pull it down and begin staining and finishing. I will e-mail you a picture when I am done. Thanks for the rapid delivery. I am sure you will be hearing from several people from my office. Thanks, Fred Pirkle
Rossy e-mailed us this:
The clocks came Monday (truly amazing)....and the instructions that came with them go into great detail concerning the regulation and adjustment of the clocks! . . .
These are fantastic kits! My girlfriend laughed at me when the kits arrived because I was marveling (giggling like a little kid) at the detail and planning that went into the laser cutting. One of these days I'm going to have to find one of these laser cutting operations and watch it first hand.....it's fascinating to me. Also...the instructions are incredible. Clear, concise, and to the point. I build and fly R/C gliders....I should have you give lessons to some of these morons who write the glider kit plans
and assembly instructions.
I'm sure you'll be getting more orders from my friends and I after I get my
kit built!
thanks again......Rossy
Fred Butler e-mailed us:
What a very, very nice clock kit! My son and I had it up and running in five hours time. Waiting for the glue to dry was most of the five hours time! Tomorrow we will finish the wood. I will send you a picture by e-mail. I'm sure you get a lot of pictures but we're very proud of our clock.
I'm not good at woodworking or kits, but I gotta tell you, our gift clock kit is a masterpiece of both, woodworking and design. My son and I had an absolute ball putting it together. He's 10 years old and it's sometimes hard to keep his interest. (We loved the video on how to put the clock together . . . thanks!)
Would you consider special pricing for a school project? I'll talk to the people at our school, as I believe this would be a great school project for sixth or seventh graders!
Thanks again for the wonderful clock kit . . . I finally bought something that really is what it is supposed to be!
Sincerely, F. Butler
Friends, I have hundreds of letters like the ones above. It is hard to decide which ones to use . . . . they're all a little different, just like each of us. I intend to rotate letters on this page as time goes by.
Thank you very much for your interest and your time. I wish you all "Happy Woodworking Time!"
Sincerely,
Steve Christian
